This is not a "fake" level so to speak. it's probably made using lunar magic, which allows for friction mods on tiles. Tiles can speed up and slow mario down. The tiles do all the work, you just sit back and watch.

This is Super Mario World - Kaizo edition. It is a hacked version that plays on any SNES emulator (try znes). I have tried this and even with the ability to save states some levels will take forever.....good luck.

It's not programming skills etc... He uses a Super Mario World editor called Lunar Magic, by a guy known as YuSoYa. How do I know? I use it all the time...
